We are fully insured with public and private liability insurance and also carry DBS checks for working in occupied properties.

We are currently working with numerous agents on a daily basis.

Upon receiving a works order, we liaise with the tenant and keep the agent updated throughout.

We contact the tenant on the day of receiving the works order and aim to get a quote to the agent on the day of the initial site visit.
